Service Sourcing Engineer – Outsourced Employee/和第三方签订的外派员工，上班地点：人民广场
世界500强美国，建材垄断行业，在华4家工厂（同时2家新建），由于业务的扩充而新增的岗位，丰富的培训和升职空间
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
? Source and develop service suppliers for Information Technology, Marketing, Human Resources and Administration departments for all business unites in China. Including printing, advertisement, exhibition, consultancy services providers.
? Implement and optimize service sourcing procedure.
? Evaluate existing services suppliers’ performance.
? Keep strong partnership with internal customers, and provide practicable and strategic sourcing solutions to Technology, Marketing, Human Resources and Administration departments.
? Identify, initiate and drive cost saving projects
Identification and development of (alternative) suppliers.
Negotiate price, terms and services as well as favorable payment terms.
Negotiate favorable payment terms, and
? Manage supplier payments.
Education & Work Experience:
? College degree and above with major of Business, Accounting, Finance and Ecomonics is a plus.
? Over three years experience in services sourcing or relevant area.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
? Good command of negotiation and communication skills.
? Be able to work independently.
? Good time management skills
? Good analytical skills (identify, analyze and resolve problems).
? Good command of English.
? Good command of Microsoft Office software.
? Integrity, innovation, work ethic and ambition to grow with the company.

Measures of Effectiveness:
? Adequate supplier base for each demand
? Agreement signed with long term partner
