Job Title: CP Sales Representative

Report to：Sales Engineer

Direct reports: N/A

Mission:
To develop new customers and distributors, promote company product & image, and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory.

Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Achieve the predefined performance targets;
· Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers, meanwhile develop and support distributors according to the company's distribution policy.
· Collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers' feedback.
· Plan and organize regular sales activities, such as customer visits, Tools demo, seminars...etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
· Cooperate with product marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
· Cooperate with distributors and service team to achieve customer satisfaction
· Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers and distributors.
· Report timely and accurately according to the request.
· Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.

Candidate profile:

Education
· College degree or above with engineering background

Experience
· At least 1 years working experience in sales
· Industrial/machinery industry background is required

Knowledge
· Mechanical or electrical knowledge
· PC skill is a must

Skill:
· Communication skill
· Negotiation skill

Language
· English skill both in reading & written, spoken is a plus
