Role Summary/Purpose
As experienced sales manager, he/she Works closely with regional Go blue sales team, establishing regional business strategy for private hospital and new discovered hospitals, focus on key projects, And cooperating with GEHCC, GE Corporate Financing team and other partnership out of GE, building financing solution and support to front line business.

Essential Responsibilities
• Leading and being responsible for key projects – targeting for winning and market share • Work with regional sales team to give front line support • Key account management • Leverage internal and external financing resource to support sales project • Fluently use financing tools to solve related problems • Set up and assess milestones for sales project • Project controlling and coordination • Leverage inside and outside resources to support front line • Leading, coaching, developing team members
Qualifications/Requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates comply with them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken. • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and comply with them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines, Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
