ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. SAP Project Management

？ Work with business project manager to setup project detail schedule, define the project deliverables and milestones

？ Organize the project meeting and monitor / report the project schedule / cost at a regular base

？ Manage task priorities and requirement changes

？ Track and resolve project implementation issues

？ Allocate internal and external IT resource effectively and efficiently

2. Team Management

？ Setup KPIs for team members

？ Motivating, coaching and developing team members to achieve predefined target

？ Encourage team members to share thoughts openly, work together with team-spirit

3. SAP Change Management

？ Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical system design with clear time line

？ Identify the gap, find and utilize all possible SAP internal standard function to fulfil business requirements

？ Evaluate change impact on global SAP template

？ Follow HQ standard to deploy SAP value-added new functionalities and improve the system efficiency

4. SAP Knowledge Transfer

？ Hands on local SAP IT support team and key users during the project handover

？ Document all business requirements and analysis, technical solution in detail

？ Periodically organize the on-going SAP technical training course among IT support team members

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

1.Industry / domain

？ Wholesale & Retail or Consulting / IT

2.Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job

？ Over 10 years working experience in international company with at least three years on management position

？ In depth SAP R/3 knowledge about system capabilities with at least 5 years’ full cycle SAP R/3 implementation experience

？ Excellent communication skill, fluent spoken and written English

？ Excellent complex project management skills

？ Business and result-oriented

3.Education and Certification Requirements

？ University or above in information technology or business administration

？ PMP certification

？ Certified SAP consultant

4.Job Specific Technical Requirements

？ Solid SAP FI/CO, SD/MM module knowledge

？ Expert on MS Project / Visio
