工作职责：
- 负责所属行业的客户开发与维护

- 制定并实施行业业务发展计划及团队管理目标

- 负责客户招聘项目的管理，帮助和指导猎头顾问搜寻合适的候选人

- 协助顾问面试及评估候选人，向客户提供专业化、标准化的招聘解决方案

- 行业动向的信息搜集与更新

工作要求：
- 本科学士学位以上，3年或3年以上同行业工作经验
- 具有良好的人际沟通技巧和展示技巧，逻辑思维强，并以结果为导向

- 具有良好的抗压能力和紧迫感，并能够在规定的期限内完成公司给与的任务
- 谦虚，勤奋，有责任心，注重细节，自我激励
- 熟练使用MS Office及良好的英语听说读写能力

工作地点： 成都
