Job Description



POSITION SUMMARY



Perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicates and/or coordinates HR instructions and desires with various individuals and/or branches, departments;

• Furnishes and obtains information from senior management, local CP or outside HR professionals;

• Assist in the monitoring of the implementation & compliance of the approved policies in different HR functions, i.e., recruiting, training, etc.;

• Organizes and maintains superior’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction;
  
  

• Answers routine questions, obtains and furnishes information to save superior’s time;

• Prepares special HR reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data;

• PDM updates;
  
  

• Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, and travels;

• Other secretary functions.

Requirements to Candidates

• University graduate with bachelor degree;




• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in a multi-cultural environment;




• A thorough knowledge of HR management & operation;




• Excellent written & spoken English;




• Strong PC skills, especially excel & powerpoint;

• Motivated, responsible & good team player.
