职位描述
Objective:
? Lead the customized rack projects developing, focused on the delivery of a product through the design process, and into a finished state for internal or external customers
? Work with Management to ensure project staffed appropriately
? Create and own project plan (schedule, resources) to meet project expectations, ensure quality on time delivery
? Contribute to creating the product definition
? Coordinate all support activities to meet the contract deliverables
? Execute and implement all work aligned with the customized developing process
? Report status of project activity to all stakeholders (e.g., management, support functions)
? Communicate changes in project to departmental and cross functional teams
? Responsible for project metrics
? Identify root cause of problems, offers solutions to resolve issues
? Interface with Cross-functional teams and corporate to continuously improve the customized developing processes
? Support performance reviews in partnership with managers and/or chief engineers
EDUCATION -MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
EXPERIENCE -MINIMUM REQUIRED:
· 3+ years design experience in Rack System related products
· 2+ years of project management experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 -REQUIRED:
Good communication, listening, conflict management and interpersonal skills;
Good knowledge of customized products developing process;
Familiar with the mechanical design and manufacture;
Analytical problem solving and organizational skills;
PC software proficiency (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
Basic Financial knowledge
Work with minimal supervision.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 -DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
PMP Certification is good suplement but not mandantory.
MNC working experience is preferred.
TRAVEL:
Domestic and international travel as needed

Fluent in Oral and Written English
Think globally and communicate effectively at all levels
