Responsiblities:
1.Manage TK AP Truck & Trailer products and be responsible for Product Strategy and Planning to support business growth, especially in new market penetration.
2.Plan and execute commercialization plan (including literatures, presentation, sales tools and selection program etc.
3.Translate market insights into PRD and develop Business Case to initiate Innovation driven NPD programs.
4.Manage the product lifecycle by closely working with sales, marketing, factory and engineering team.
5.Tracking of business performance by product line and taking necessary actions to meet /exceed AOP.
6.Work with pricing team to execute pricing strategy to optimize OI.

Requirements:
1. 8-10 years experience in Transport/HVAC industry at least, in functions including Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Engineering
2. Good understanding on the Transport/HVAC market and related products, as well as technology and applications
3. Product Management skill
4. Project Management skill - able to pull resources from different teams
5. Strong communication and influence skill
6. Financial skill in good understanding on costing and pricing
7. Well organized and good in prioritization
8. Fluent English in Speaking and Writing
