Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
Description: Responsible for help frontlines to address customer issues in a timely and effective way by setting up a cross functional regular LCT mechanism, Leverage different resources to carry out LCT mechanism and provide specific NPS analysis which including customer complaints key point, deep dive root cause and customer voc. Driving compliance culture at each region and acting as consultant to help frontlines understanding internal process such as GCO/PA/GEMSBUY Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Organize and monitor regular LCT meeting to support frontlines to addressing customer issues and drive the action plan till closed • Lead and facilitate cross-P&L strategies and actions to enhance customer satisfaction with one-GE approach by collaborating with multiple functions including sales, services, product, manufacturing and GTO • Facilitate NPS hot sheet and follow up closure, Improve customer satisfaction and drive bold action on LCT. L ead direction of NPS survey methodology, analysis and execution strategy in integrated platform. Design NPS-R and NPS-P methodology and work with cross- functional team build practical execution plans to improve customer loyalty in long-run • Leverage different resources to drive regional LCT mechanism. Maintain analytical LCT/NPS report to region GM/Zone manager so that help managers understanding customer voice and improvement area • Driving Region Sales behavior change and continuously raising the quality & compliance standard. Demonstrated efforts to identify opportunities for GCO process enhance so that more effectiveness benefit commercial daily work. • Driving Region Sales behavior change and continuously raising the quality & compliance standard.

Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree, Major in foreign trade/Finance/marketing or related; • 3+ years related working experience is a must• Strong communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people;• Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.;• Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results; • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines• Good English capability in both spoken and written.Preferred Qualifications:• Sales experience/Trade, finance & marketing background is preferred• Flexibility, good negotiation skills
