Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
-Review non-conformance reports, send to engineering for disposition
-Issue Corrective Action Report (CAR) to responsible department for internal and external rejection, review and manage CAR
-Quality data collection and analysis, prepare monthly quality reports for management review
-Handle customer complaints and process discrepancy, investigate root cause, and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
-Review requirement of routing and BOM, highlight special requirement for QC inspection activities
-Organize third party inspection activities
-Conduct quality training for employees
-Provide leadership in resolving technical, operational and quality, cost, productivity and delivery metrics
-Process monitoring and auditing
-Responsible for quality improvement projects

Qualifications/Requirements
-Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
-At least 3- 5 years of working experience with operational and supervisory experience in a related industry
-Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

Desired Characteristics

-Qualify to ISO9001 internal auditor
-More than 2 years experience in internal audit
-Exposure and experience in the Oil & Gas related industries
