工作职责：

1、根据保安相关规定，负责做好安保、门岗、防火、防盗、防事故等工作，保障公司利益；
2、监视和巡查公司管理区域，维护防灾设施；定期检查报警系统、安全及消防系统；
3、严格按照验证制度，防止未经许可的人员、车辆、物资擅自进入公司，维护公司内外区域的治安秩序；
4、负责做好公司信件的登记发放工作，做好货物进出的登记查验、车辆进出指挥有序停放；
5、落实各项安全防范措施，及时处理公司内发生的各种突发事件并及时报告；
6、对客提供优质服务、细心观察、适时服务、有道别声、搬运行李、拉门、问候等工作；
7、对进出公司的员工、来客进行询问、登记；
8、保持工作场所门道的开启、关闭；
9、做好员工下班后的执勤工作；
10、必须有吃苦耐劳的精神，热心于保安事业，遵守公司一切规章制度，服从分配，听从指挥；
11、树立崭新保安人员风貌、展现公司窗口，做好保安室及周围卫生保洁工作，维护公司形象；
12、完成领导安排的其它临时性任务。

招聘需求：

1、22－30岁左右，形象气质较好，身高175cm以上，高中或以上学历；
2、具有高档写字楼、别墅区、高档住宅楼、宾馆等保安2年以上工作经验，退伍军人优先；
3、具有强烈的责任心，对工作认真负责，能坚持原则、秉公办事、大胆工作、不徇私情、保持高度的警觉性；
4、具有良好的服务意识、团队合作精神和安全意识，仪表端庄、干净整洁、礼貌待人；
5、服从上司的指令和工作安排，熟悉岗位的任务与要求，做好本职工作，不得擅离岗位，确保公司财产安全；
6、应变能力较强，能处理各种突发事件并做到及时上报；
7、身体健康，品行端正，无不良记录；
8、热情、主动、和蔼、友好、目光敏锐，接待经验丰富；
9、爱岗敬业，工作态度细致，踏实，能吃苦耐劳；
10、善于交流沟通，人较灵活聪明，敬业精神强；
11、具有较好的领悟能力和语言沟通能力；
12、沪籍优先。
