Role Summary/Purpose
In your role as Greater China Service Operations Manager you will report to the Working Capital Solutions (WCS) APAC Services Operations Leader. You will provide leadership in greater China for WCS Servicing.

Essential Responsibilities
• Build WCS China Operations to include Collections & Cash App processes, ensure Licensing issues are built to support operation activities • Responsible for maintaining operational targets and operating expenses for China Operations • Implement WCS Operation SOP standards into China Operations in accordance to Operations, Risk and Compliance policies • Serve as liaison between WCS Operations and the China Global Operations (GGO Team); build and sustain strong relationships; single point of contact for China GGO • Build constructive relationship with the GE Industrial Clients to gain buy-in in cash and collection strategies • Ensure compliance with collection policies and practices • Prepare management information summaries and performance analysis on China performance and results • Implement the I2C Enterprise Standard and operational strategy, structure and processes to meet goals for collections and cash in China • Provide support for new business growth and product introductions representing China Operations • This role can be based in Shanghai, CH

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10+ years of collections, cash, financial services, customer service experience.• Knowledge of finance and accounting. • Strong analytical skills with a bias toward data and good judgment.• Proven track record as a global team leader; ability to coach, develop and grow remote teams.• Communicates successes and issues; resilient leader that actively and proactively addresses issues by engaging the collective knowledge of the business to ensure optimal service delivery. • Experience and ability to manage to a budget.• Clear thinker with excellent critical thinking skills and is a strong, succinct presenter of ideas, data and actions; ability to influence.• Proficient in Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Experience in applying LEAN Six Sigma quality tools and methodology• Ability to speak Mandarin and have local knowledge of financial operations in China

Desired Characteristics
• Masters or advanced degree • LEAN, Six Sigma, Black Belt certified• Project management experience.• Account management and planning experience. • Change management, facilitation and/or transition experience.
