Role Summary/Purpose
• Accelerate CFDA - tiger teams, train & build up local experts, drive quick wins and build a sustainable process
• Effective product launches and value proposition/positioning vs local competitors
• Drive ICFW & UI convergence for Wuxi products – China and developing markets product strategy
• Optimize BD opportunities and build strategic partnerships
• Drive strategy development in the region:
 Defining the strategy for the growth (sales and profitability)
 Obtaining the input and buy in of key stakeholders within the P&Ls
 Driving the cross-functional and cross-organization delivery of the strategy and global marketing plans
 Partnering with leadership and Business Development to identify new growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of market trends and requirements
• Help to identify current unmet needs and take the lead role on portfolio management. Partner across functions to identify and evaluate the value of new commercial concepts and technologies
• Drive or participate in the development of the Growth Playbook, QBR and Marketing Blueprint
• Provide input to the marketing budget planning processes, in particular define the marketing component; track marketing spend quarterly
• Align cross-business marketing resources around Care Area priorities and ensure we deliver common messaging and a holistic value proposition for the customer
• Direct market research and analysis while leveraging Global Business Analysis
• Provide input to the development of pricing strategies for existing and new products
• Work closely with the LCS Care Area

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. 10+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 3. Excellent oral and written communications skills4. Strong analytical and process skills5. Capable of quickly grasping technical and clinical concepts and driving solutions6. Must be willing to work in our Milwaukee, WI location

Monitoring, Anesthesia, Perinatal, ICU or Healthcare product/industry acumen; considered to be an authority in the Monitoring segment4.
