Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
This role will engage with GE China finance, accounting, and controllership leadership team from all business unit to identify opportunities to execute the China Global Operations Finance strategy - to collect, analyze, discuss, debate, and recommend all possibilities - incl. all existing product lines as well as new opportunities. • Work with Global Operations Finance leadership team to develop the service delivery models that will benefit to the biz, also secure the overall enterprise standard and scale synergy. • Own wing-to-wing integration process for identifying opportunities, understanding CTQ, developing roadmap/ solutions, tracking the progress, achieving agreements/ removing roadblocks, monitoring implementation results, and translating feedbacks/ lesson learn to the next round of transitions. • Managing Transition Tollgates and Deliverables and facilitating all transition related communication and reporting. • Drive operation’s efficiency and effectiveness by leading quality initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, with sound finance or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills。
• Strong communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results within time constraints.
• Team player, thought leader, and a change agent.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with project management. PMP is preferred.
• Experience with shared service serviced model is a plus.
• Proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt+ and Lean expert is preferred.
