Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
This role will engage with GE China finance, accounting, and controllership leadership team from all business unit to identify opportunities to execute the China Global Operations Finance strategy as well as improve the quality control of the finance supply chain - to collect, analyze, discuss, debate, and recommend all possibilities - incl. all existing product lines as well as new opportunities. • Leverage six sigma & lean methodology to analyze operations process and data to support organizational strategy decision making • Support Global Operations Finance leadership team to improve efficiency and productivity, optimize process to improve cost, quality & speed • Work closely with integration project manager to evaluate the business process effectiveness. Find opportunities on process enhancement. Lead the cross biz quality project to support migration strategy. • Lead quality initiatives and conduct regular review rhythm with senior management team • Manage and mentor Global Operations Finance Green Belt & Lean projects

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, with sound finance or accounting experience.• Certified Six Sigma BB or MBB• Strong analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills• Strong communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English.• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results within time constraints.• Team player, thought leader, and a change agent.• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.• Experience with project management. PMP is preferred.• Experience with shared service serviced model is a plus.• Proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
