This is a Contractor Role.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Visual identity control. Manage visual identity of GE/HU/TUNGSRAM brands across Asia, as the key holder to guide and discipline the usage of logo and other visual elements; lead the design for all marketing collaterals.

· Branding projects. SPA for all branding/visual associated project such as demo room

· Ad. Development & media buy. Responsible for ad. Development & media buy: plan and execute the advertising plan on trade/industry media, journal, website etc.

· Media/Association networking. Establish and maintain trade media network in China, and coordinate with corporate on mass media coverage; Setup the lighting industry associations contact network through Asia, and bridge the communications between association and internal counterparts.

· PR regular work. Build up the media tool kit and update regularly; draft press release on key events and movement etc; coordinate with PMs and sales team to collect material for advertorial; assist manager to arrange media interview, and press conference for NPI etc.

· Internal Communication. In charge of internal communication such as periodical E-newsletter/win story publishing. Coordinate on internal events arrangement such as family day, annual conference etc.

Marketing material database Consolidate team’s resource to build and maintain a marketing material database (e.g. photos for projects/events, videos, etc.), response for all request for them related to internal and external communication.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Chinese/English Language & Literature is preferred.

2 -3 years working experience in PR or marketing communications side, PR agency experience in a plus.

Proficient in English,

Exquisite writing skills.

Skillful with MS Office Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.

Strong ownership, clear thinking and sense of urgency.
