Primary Responsibilities 职责:

1. Site Medical Service Work 医疗服务工作:

1) Responsible for EHS element 19 (Medical Service), HealthAhead element 2 & element 9, make sure related work in compliance with legislations, keep related procedures in updated status. 负责健康我先行元素2和元素9、EHS元素19 (医疗服务)、，保持程序在更新状态，贯彻落实相关元素的法规符合性工作。

2) 100% complete all kinds of health surveillance / examinations, including the communications of occupational health examination and transference of contraindications. Conduct onsite medical inspection, including AED status and first aid kits management, report injury in time, get ready the heat stress preventive medicine allocation before hot season. 100% 组织完成各种体检，包括职业健康体检结果的交流及禁忌症员工的调转。对现场AED和急救箱定期巡检，完成急救箱消耗的月度统计及药品更新和每周各类工/微伤的收集上报，高温季节前完成预防中暑药品的采购和补充；

3) Set up protected employee list and implement medical training plans, including hearing conservation, respiration protection, and BBP, complete ERT annual BLS and AED trainings. 制定员工的各项医疗培训计划并实施,更新各保护名单，包括：听力保护、呼吸保护、血源性保护（BBP）培训等，完成全厂区急救队员每年的BLS、AED培训。

4) Complete medical related data input /reporting / uploading, including occupational health, Medgate, HADAFW, Medical score card, etc..完成相关数据的汇总上报以及输入上传，包括职业健康、Medgate， HADAFW, Medical Score Card 等

5) Implement Case Management, monthly health related absence report, and return to work assessment.实施病假管理，完成每月病假汇总、返岗评估等。

6) Conduct onsite vaccination organization. 组织完成每年现场员工的疫苗注射。

7) Prevent onsite food poisoning, conduct canteen food hygiene inspection regularly.预防食物中毒，对食堂进行定期检查；

8) Conduct onsite medical first aid preparation, including Level II and Level III medical crisis plan/ drillings. 完成医疗急救的准备，包括Level II 和Level III医疗危机计划及演习。

9) To do onsite medical emergency treatment and local hospitalization support, working related injury track and related return to work assessment. 工作现场急救事故处理、就医，工伤跟踪及医疗返岗评估。

10) Establish/maintain occupational health files in compliance with privacy policy. 建立并维护职业健康监护档案，符合保密政策。

2. Site EHS Work 现场EHS工作：

1) Responsible for EHS element 15 （IH）, keep related procedures in updated status, make sure related work in compliance with legislation and satisfaction of Working place Occupational Health Administration / Surveillance Regulations 负责EHS元素15 （工业卫生）的相关事宜，保持程序在更新状态，贯彻落实相关元素的法规符合性工作，满足《工作场所职业卫生监督管理规定》的要求。

2) Conduct occupational hazards reporting and monitoring, Industry hygiene files establishment and summary reporting. 完成职业病危害因素的申报和组织监测、职业卫生档案的建立、以及职业卫生资料的汇总上报；

3. Other Woks:

1) Provide medical support to Union on women employees’ health examination. 协助工会完成女工体检等）。

2) Approve /record reimbursement of employees’ hospitalization according to the requirements of Union, deliver family plan materials to employees. 帮助工会完成在职员工住院报销，帮助工会完成计生用品的发放。

3) Attend and pass all required trainings.按要求参加并完成所有要求的培训。

Qualifications Required 资质要求:

1. Hold valid nurse practitioner certificate 拥有有效护士执业证书

2. At least 1 years clinic nurse work experience, OH/IH experience preferred 1年以上临床护理工作经验，有职业卫生/工业卫生工作经验优先；

3. Familiar with computer office tools 熟练使用电脑办公软件；

4. Strong inter-personal communication skills 较强的人际沟通技巧；

5. Achieve goals and objectives under pressure and challenges 较强的处理问题能力。
