This is a Contractor Role.

Description of Principal Duties & Accountabilities:

· Raise Purchase Orders to Suppliers for Products for China Regions

· Communicate with Commercial team and Customer Service team for Order Shipment schedules and Delivery Dates

· Coordinate with freight forwarder and logistics team to ensure on time shipment and delivery of the Sales Orders

· Maintain system information including Tracking No., Delivery Date, etc to ensure MRP is running correctly and information is communicated effectively through system

· Ad Hoc Reporting Tools development and any applicable management reports required

Qualifications Required:

· 3-5 years’ experience in Purchasing or Planning role

· Good English ability, both spoken and written.

· Detail Oriented, sensitive to numbers and strong analytical skills

· Excellent sense to ERP system and computer savvy. Ability to utilize digitization tools

· Able to handle multiple assignments, clear thinker in prioritization and decision making

· Strong initiatives in identifying the problems and finding solutions

· Excellent communication and influencing skills with cross functional and regional teams

· A team player but with the ability to work with little supervision

· Strong PC Skills required – especially on Excel and PowerPoint
