Role Summary/Purpose
You will be responsible for all aspects of China ITO team, including opportunity qualification & proposal development. It requires frequent interaction with Sales & Professional Services leadership, customers, solution provider partners, and other cross-functional business teams. You must have leadership skills and a demonstrated track record of delivering high quality commercial proposals, with strong emphasis on driving velocity through repeatability & rapid translation of learnings.

Essential Responsibilities
• Manage, monitor and track ITO Analysts performance as it relates to the roles and responsibilities and their adherence to the processes • Leadership of the organization (~5 members) providing training and development, recruitment, engagement and manage any potential employee relations issues • Proactively cooperate with sales functional teams to define & deploy strategy/tactic in target markets • Take lead technical survey, clarification & discussion with customer; Interpreting the customer expectations, specification and selling strategy into a viable Technical and Commercial proposal • Complete lifecycle development and on-time delivery of high quality solutions proposals aligned with customer expectations and business profitability / risk profiles; this may include, but is lot limited to – RFP reviews, proposal planning, solution estimates & pricing, deal analytics / reviews, 3rd party coordination & negotiations, technical & commercial documentation, analysis of T&Cs, etc. • Development and continuous evolution of proposal standards, templates and tools that drive consistency & repeatability in deliverables, reduce cycle time, and improve overall deal profitability • Use of CRM to manage proposal workflow & develop pipeline forecasts • Global communications at all organizational levels • Development of Professional Services messaging in support of Sales presentations • Continuous improvement of solutions lifecycle processes & methodologies

Qualifications/Requirements
• BS degree or equivalent• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills• 5+ years of leadership/management experience in a global environment• 7+ years of commercial experience, including proposal development• Proven leader with the ability to engage / motivate cross-functional teams and drive fast results• Highly organized, driven self-starter• Demonstrated ability to streamline & simplify processes• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Domain expertise in Knowledge Services solutions in GE verticals• Demonstrated experience with GE Intelligent Platforms’ products & solutions• Demonstrated experience using Siebel and SalesForce.com as Sales Force Effectiveness tools• Demonstrated operational / financial experience
