Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. 向客户提供售后产品的应用培训，以确保合同承诺的履行。
2. 在产品使用期间，为客户排除医疗设备的使用故障，并向客户解答相应问题。
3. 与生产/销售/服务/运维团队密切协作，处理客户投诉，并从临床和技术的角度给出解决方案。
4. 通过不断创新，使我们的产品与众不同，从而更好的支持产品的市场拓展。
5. 提供售前支持，推销我们产品的临床应用价值。
6. 按照公司的整体市场营销战略，向客户提供进一步的产品培训和宣传。

Qualifications/Requirements

1. 医疗影像科医生是首选（放射科医生或核磁科医生）
2. 3年以上相关磁共振工作经验
3. 语言没有硬性要求，英语能力强者优先。
4. 能承受一定的工作压力，以及不断学习和提升的工作热情。
5. 认真、负责、积极的工作态度。
6. 独立成熟、办事方式符合GE公司文化。
7. 能够适应经常出差。
8. 良好的沟通和表达能力，始终以客户需求和满意度为思维导向。
