Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
- Design and build diversified and complete automation control system in a complex-structure industrial machine. - Work out technical solutions, detailed proposals and cost calculations for automatic control system based on customer requirements to support sales function to win orders. - Perform design review for diversified automation control work in details to confirm the quality. - Go through GE engineering process from concept to detailed design and to final engineering drawings and documents. - Support supply chain function to audit vendors, control quality and supervise manufacturing and assembly for diversified automation control components, sub-system and complete machine. - Support service function technically to solve quality or functional issues for all installed machine with root cause analyzed and identified. - Support machine site installation, assembly and commissioning work to achieve the final acceptance by customer. - Team work in a large team with members from diversified technical domains. - Work out innovative ideas, patents and technical articles based on daily automation control engineering work.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or above degree in automation control engineering domain. - 8+ years of hands-on experiences in design & build of automatic machinery & equipment in system level featuring motion control in heavy industry.- 3+ years of working experience in some top multinational company as automation control engineer role with professional design review and validation process mindset.- Strong design experiences in industrial robots, numerical machine tools (CNC) or multi-axis motion control system based on PLCs or motion controllers are required.- 3+ years of project execution experiences in motion control machine based on platform from Siemens S7-300 PLC, Profibus-DP network, SIMATIC HMI Panel, Step 7/WinCC software, Sinamics S120 Servo system, I/O modules and so on.- Solid Knowledge and experience to design and build high-accuracy and high speed motion system based on servo system control and software compensation.- 3+ years of project experiences on Detal Tau UMAC/PMAC platform is a plus.- Expert level on main stream components like motors, sensors, cables, terminals and cabinets selection, configuration and integration in industrial automation fields.- Solid expertise on heavy-load machine system design, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning in iron & steel, aviation and transportation industries.- Professional design methods based on both theoretic calculations and actual validation.- Expert level on design tools of Siemens Step 7 and AutoCAD Electrical. Skills on E-Plan software is a plus. - Proactive, positive, productive; - Communicates effectively in Chinese and English. - A proved fast learner, self motivated, willing to take challenges;- Willing to travel
