Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
- Completely own and manage all testing machine projects or programs inside engineering team. - Act as a main interface with both cross function teams like project manager, sourcing, supply chains, finance, sales and customers. - Support engineering manager for team daily operation. - Define project or program detailed schedule or task list for each team members and track them for on-time delivery. - Control project or program budget inside engineering team. - Organize design review process in the project implementation phase with engineers and reviewers and manage all the related documents and approval process. - Work with engineering manager to layout resource and define priorities - Work with product managers to new product introduction programs. - Organize quality related issues in projects or products and implement RCA process.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Engineering related specialties.- 10+ years of working experiences in heavy industry, machine building and system integration.- 5+ years of projects/programs management in multi-national company focus on technology and engineering.- Capability of managing many projects in paralle with good resource layout, schedule control and conflict solving.- Process-oriented, good at coordination and facilitation, and interpersonal skills.- Very good at mainstream project management tools like Microsoft Project.- Very professional communication and presentation skills,- Experience in projects with close cooperation with global teams is a plus.- Very familiar with typical new product introduction process in international company is a plus.- Communicates effectively in Chinese and English.
