Role Summary/Purpose

The Busway Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, directing and developing busway master distributor in China. He/she will identify, develop and execute a busway channel and sales strategy for the business growth target. This growth strategy will be developed for all go-to-market approaches including channel, positioning, pricing and promotion. Essential Responsibilities

Undergraduate degree (preferably in an engineering or technical field) 8+ years’ experience in power distribution/electronics or other industrial fields. Working experience in top-tier companies is preferred. Implementation experience and good communication skill is particularly important. He/she is an excellent broad-based business thinker who can collaborate effectively with peers as well as executive functional and senior business leaders. The ability to lead and motivate, share vision, inspire and rally colleagues. Ability to build credibility with existing experience sales organization by building relationship with sales, marketing, pricing and other key business segment and functional leaders A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with all levels of management as well as a diverse work force.

Desired Characteristics

Rich sales and channel experience in diverse technology and/or manufacturing driven industries. Solid commercial development and marketing expertise in a B2B distribution centric environment with significant growth expectation. Experience with the implementation of growth, sales development and marketing initiatives that lead to stronger market penetration. Proven ability to successfully direct business opportunities, including market assessment, strategic planning, objective setting and implementation. Strong business acumen, excellent written & verbal English skills are a requirement.
