Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
1. Join a growing and dynamic team developing innovative software for Wayne’s industry leading forecourt controller, electronic payment and point-of-sale systems. 2. Design, prototype, implement, test and troubleshoot product features according to market requirements and product specifications. 3. Maintain existing products and provide technical support. 4. Work as a member of an integrated team collaborating closely with global team members. 5. Follow Wayne’s development processes/practices. 6. International travel needed.

Qualifications/Requirements
1. BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.2. 3+ years of software development experience for BS or 1+ year of software development experience for MS. 3. Experienced with OO methodology. 4. Experience with C#/.Net and/or C++.5. Experience with communication protocols, Relational databases and SQL is a plus6. Must be a quick learner and a good team player with strong sense of responsibility and ownership.7. Must be able to deliver results with quality on time.8. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.9. Customer focused; self-motivated; and being able to work under high pressure.10. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
