Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• DO-178B verification lifecycle tasks: planning, requirement review, test cases/procedures generation, verification analysis, test execution and reports. •Communication of technical information between organizations and within work group •Communicate with leader on technique, cost, schedule and progress timely. •Understanding and execution of all assigned tasks meeting requirements within assigned budget and schedule •Maintain awareness of efforts within group and interfaces to assure technical quality excellence, timely completion of work and reviews, and responsiveness to customer / program needs •Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as system engineering, quality engineering, certification, hardware engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, services, global engineering, etc. •Support service programs, fulfillment, and New Product Introduction (NPI) as required •Help manager to mentor and develop less experienced person in order to build a new team. •At least 5 years’ experience in real time embedded software verification or development and 2 year project management experience. •Demonstrated experience of using Python language •Experience with verification testing environments and tools •Experience with DO-178B software certification •Experience with requirement documentation practices •Ability to organize information and make timely and sound decisions •Ability to consistently produce high quality work in a production environment •Able to prioritize work, and communicate openly in stressful situations •Solid English oral and written communication skills •Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required

•Experience with aircraft cockpit display system is preferred•Experience with Model Base Development is preferred•Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate extensive internal and external project resources •Demonstrated ability for leading and developing a new team.•Demonstrated ability to work with cross-cultural groups.
