JOB TITLE: Research Associate

Location: Shanghai

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Participate and assist in planning and conducting activities to develop new products; provide assistance to improve or support existing products, methods or techniques.
(1)Participate in all activities related to product development, improvement and support, following design process;
(2)Complete experiments in a timely and accurate manner respecting safety procedures;
(3)Applies scientific principles and techniques to experiments;
(4)Collect raw data and perform records with correct analysis and appropriate summaries;
(5)Assure compliance to procedures and maintain appropriate documentation;
(6)Organize daily workload to meet project goals, understand priorities and completes assignments accordingly;
(7)Responsible for the order and maintenance of equipment used in assigned activities;
(8)Communicates results or problems to supervisor;
(9)Other tasks as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor.


2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Education & Knowledge:
(1)Bachelor degree or above related with biological sciences.
(2)Knowledge of R&D development process and immunoassay.
(3)Good command of English both oral and written.
