GL Manager,500强外资企业
Support superior on day1 readiness preparation in the area of GL, in terms of reporting flow, data integration etc.;
Be responsible for completion of monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting within scheduled due date including corporate& statutory reporting etc.;
Work with planning/GFS on balance sheet review to ensure the balances are fairly stated;
Be responsible for COA (PRC GAAP) maintenance;
Coordinate with GFS on GL daily work to ensure smooth month-end closing;
Assist superior for P2P cycle- policy communication and process coordination etc.;
Complete additional reports required by HQ;
Reply for ad-hoc inquiry mail and report request from HQ;
Support superior to set up market GL team after TSA service terminated;
Arrange training and on-job coach for new-hire;
Assist in documents delivery&storage;
Supervise GL team on daily GL work, e.g. JE preparation, prepaid amortization&accrual review, payroll,
Monitor month end closing;
Continue on monthly reporting for both corporate and statutory reporting to ensure they are in compliance with IFRS, SOX as well as local tax laws and regulations
Review monthly accrual balance with GFS&planning to ensure they are fairly stated;
Review bank/intercompany reconciliation and follow up aging items;
Review other accounting package for other balance sheets account and follow up outstanding issues;
Conduct FA management;
Coordinate on annual FA and inventory count;
Maintain COA under PRC GAAP;
Assist in developing accounting practices such as month-end closing, document management;
Update team members on latest updated accounting policy both for internal and external and deliver proper instruction;
Others:
Support&coordinate on internal and external audit;
Assist supervisor in P2P cycle -policy communication and process coordination etc.;
Train and coach team members on updated accounting policy and reporting requirement etc
Education / Experience :
BS or BA Degree is Finance, Accounting or Economics
+8 years related working exposure in Multinational Company, +2 year in Management Position
Skill:
Strong Analytical and Organization Sense and Skills
Fluent English in Spoken and Writing
Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT
Good Management&Communication Skill
