Audit Supervisor,500强外资企业
Key Responsibilities
Ability to understand the business (purchasing, manufacturing, accounting, sales&service and Credit) and identify / evaluate risks, Good analytical capability.
Communication skills - written / oral ability to communicate with people at various levels in different markets
Flexible to travel within and outside Asia Pacific and Africa (APA)( at least 35 weeks of travel outside Shanghai(Nanjing, Nanchang and Chongqing in China and other APA locations
Proficiency in English and Chinese language
Relationship Management
Ability to work with senior people in audit locations and resolve conflicts
Lead a team of 6 to 8 auditors
Desired Qualification
Education / Certification:
CPA / CA / CMA or MBA (Finance) from a prominent business school. Audit Experience from Big 4 or other leading audit / consulting firms in China or internal audit experience with MNCs in China. CIA / CISA preferred.
Experiences:
Number of years : 8 + years ( as per local policy for LL6 external hiring)
Area of experience : External or Internal Audits, Internal Control, Accounting and other functions like Purchasing Finance, Marketing and Sales Finance, Product Development Finance, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, Corporate Secretarial practice, Banking and Non Bank financial institutions including Automotive Credit
