Handle SSK operational matters for designated clients or regions. Provide professional customer service.
Responsibility:

1) Ensure all bookings are implemented in a timely manner according to working procedure, settle daily operation issue in accordance with the policies and procedures of SSK and STC.

2) Timely update of STC and SSK systems and necessary documentation.

3) Ensure all freight, demurrage and other invoices are raised correctly and in a timely manner. Assist in verifying vendors invoices as/when required. Support the Operations Manager on compiling the forecast bookings.

4) Set up good relationship with both customers and vendors.

5) Monitor and manage vendor's service, make sure all vendors/agents' service meet SSK's requirement.

6) Actively participate in data and information sharing with Commercial and Accounting team, suggesting when possible, solutions generating improved service, cost or quality result for SSK and its customers.

7) Accompany on customer visits, if required.
Qualifications:

• College / University degree preferred or suitable industry experience.
• General background knowledge of forwarding and shipping industry.
• Strong international experience and awareness of cultures
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be ethical, organized and able to prioritize and set goals.
• Common sense and problem solving skills required.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required
