AP Technical Manager(500强欧美化工行业巨头高薪诚聘)

Responsibilities:

？ Build broad network with local industry association, university or research institute for information collection and optimizing the resource on product / application development

？ Lead technical team to support the achievement of short term vs. long term business target in AP region through

？ Develop sales argument materials to support the sales / marketing activities through competitor benchmark, basic lab research work, joint product / application development project with selected key accounts.

？ Carry out the specific project with local Sales, Marketing and R&D team targeting at new product / application introduction, development, commercialization or evaluation with close connection with market unmet needs.

？ Build up regional based technical competency for local technical team with the support from the head quarter by close communication and adapt product knowledge into the specific industrial application.

？ Provide pre- and post- sales technical service / training to both internal and external customers in AP to support sales activities.

？ Build up close relationship with the decision maker in technical department at key accounts.

？ Implement & Propose the necessary tools or measurements to ensure the efficiency in lab testing, sample management, etc.

？ Raw material coordinator for off-spec. product or new substrates.

？ Promoting the overall image product and application knowledge by various valuable ways,like seminar, technical newsletter / article or publication, etc.

？ People management & development

？ Manage Lab daily operations

Qualifications:

？ Colleague or above degree in chemistry

？ More than 10 years of solid technical service background in chemical industry with min. 3 years people management & AP region working experience.

？ Experience on Marketing or Business Development will be preferred.

？ Customer & Result oriented

？ Open mind / Positive thinking / Proactive / Team spirit / Independence

？ Good communication skills in both oral and written format. Good English is a must.

？ Solid experience in Adhesives, Coatings & Ink, Toner industry will be a plus, but not a must.

？ Wiling to travel within AP.
