Job Summary

？ Ensure development, implementation and achievement of financial objectives, business strategies and standards within the area of responsibility in consideration of overall Country strategies.

Responsibilities

？ Implementation of Country BU strategy and achievement of financial objectives.

？ Implementation and development of products and technologies within the area of responsibility in consideration of Country needs and in agreement with global BU.

？ Key Account Management as well as business development to increase market share and performance.

？ Technical service and delivering customer solutions as well as efficient complaint-management supported by technology development Dept. Cooperation between sales and technology.

？ Sales forecast, pricing and budgeting process within the area of responsibility in agreement with country manager.

？ Coordination BU specific issues and best practice within the Country.

？ Market research and evaluation as well as initiating measures to achieve defined objectives. Development and implementation of marketing concepts in consideration of Country needs.

？ Planning and execution of defined business projects in consideration of costs, time and resources.

Experience / Requirements

？ University graduated of Chemistry or related major.

？ Good business sense and balance on approaches.

？ Tough and assertive, yet not abrasive (good sensitivity).

？ Strong leadership and team developer.

？ Structure approach and good follow thru.

？ Good analytical skills and ability to learn the technical aspects of the business (business complexity, product management, etc.)

？ Has exposure in Key Account Management.

？ B2B consumables experience (no machines/equipment, no consumer products – “no quick deal but long term business relation development”)

？ Achiever – goal and result oriented behaviour, make things happen mind-set, hands on.

？ High Energy level – high (self) performance motivation.

？ People skills – interpersonal skills, relation builder and good team player.

？ Integrity and ethics.
