Application Development Scientist（世界500强，招生物方面海归博士）


Responsibilities:
* Develop new detergent applications for our enzymes to support future sales.
* Develop enzyme application know-how as part of a global application organization.
* Manage specific application projects, interpret data and draw conclusions including commercial implications.
* Work together with marketing and sales to build value propositions, understand customer needs and provide the applied technology solution that meet their needs.
* Translate customer needs into technical designs.
* Develop and initiate new project ideas to expand knowledge and/or intellectual properties.
* Present results to customers as well as internal stakeholders and at strategic international conferences.

Qualifications:
* Ph.D. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in an application or technical service laboratory environment.
* Hands-on formulation development or service experience in detergents, and a strong background in application method development and use for quantitative analyses.
* Experience with industrial enzymes, preferably detergent enzymes.
* Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and a strong desire to work in a team environment.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to the rapid changes associated with new technology and business needs.
* Self-driven personality.
* Good language capability in both Chinese and English.
* PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
* Willingness to travel when required.
