Responsibilities:

？ Silicone Rubber sales within Southern China Region.

？ Implement differentiation strategy based on competitive assessment

？ Develop strategic accounts and maintaining business continuity

？ Reinforce channel management for best deployment of resources

？ Develop local accounts to achieve big volumes target.

Qualifications:

？ Bachelor or master degree in polymer, chemistry or chemical engineering is preferred.

？ Above 3 years sales experience preferable in rubber or silicone related business

？ Good English communication and computer competencies.

？ Well organized with strong communication skill

？ Flexible in mobility, able to work independently and under pressure

？ Ingenious, professional integrity and very good business acumen
