Reports to: China Finance Manager

Location: Shanghai PRC – AIC

Position Summary

Responsible for cost accounting, taxation and financial reporting of internal and external

JOB DESCRIPTION (Typical work activities):

• Responsible for Co-living and Food Tech. SAP implementation, and ensure SAP data well integration with Kingdee.
• Responsible for monthly costing closing in SAP, and ensure MM, CO and FI close properly and on time.
• Responsible for standard cost setup, monthly variance analysis, and ensure it prepared on time and accuracy.
• Responsible for annual manufactory budget compilation on time and accuracy
• Responsible for internal and external financial statements be submitted on time and ensure analysis and reconciliation be done within deadline
• Deal with tax authorities as issue VAT invoices, declaration, tax filing and other required reports
• Assist plant manager prepare various reports and analysis
• Responsible for Co-living and Food Tech internal control well performed and ensure internal audit no high risk
• Responsible for various projects
• Other specific tasks assigned by manager

Education & Experience expectation

• University degree, major in finance, accounting or business management;
• Above 5 years related experiences in foreign invested company with over 2 years in manufacturing environment, experienced in cost accounting, taxation, budgeting etc;
• Business partner for manufactory
• Good MS Excel & strong SAP experience, special in MM, CO and FI
• SAP implementation experience is preferred
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese
