ACCOUNTABILITIES
l To set up and achieve the yearly sales target
l Responsible for sales management and network development within the region
l Establish and keep good relationship with area customers for win-win solution
l Provide support to local dealer on sales promotion, training or seminars
l Develop and implement business strategy to reach business objective in project areas
l New area and dealer development
l Close cooperate with headquarter on business develop activities
l Monthly sales and visit report
l Follow company regulations
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
n College degree
n Basic English skills both oral and written
Skills:
n Sales experience >4 years
n Familiar with project channel, especially in sanitary or other durable goods field.
n Willingness to travel.
n Good communication skills
n Team spirit
