Supervisor’s Title: China Controller

Basic Function

? Provides support to Parts Business department to ensure adequate knowledge of financial performance, reporting, and measurement to support sound business decisions.

? Support the controlling team in Business and Finance transversal improvement projects

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority

Reporting

? Provide a monthly inventory and logistic dashboard

? Prepare and validate a common KPI’s report, consolidating information from the different Depots

? Prepare and consolidate the Forecasting and Budget costs from Depot sources

? Support FP&A team to prepare parts rolling forecast

Operations Controlling

? Parts costs validation and quotation control, maintain the STD Cost and price list per periodically in ERP system

? Reconcile the parts related information in ERP and SAP to ensure they are in line with each other

? Controlling activities in CNH China Depots

? Monthly Depot Costs Control

? Monthly Inbound and Outbound Freight Cost Control

? Monthly Inventory Adjustments, Obsolescence and Revaluation

? Support to Purchasing Agreements definition

? Support and coordinate Parts Inventory Reduction process: Scrap, Return, Auction

? Verify and Align Operations with Finance Group Policies

? Actively Participate to the monthly conference review to discuss performance and goal achievement

? Coordinate and Organize the physical audit of the Depot Inventory

? Prepare and consolidate the Forecasting and Budget costs for the Depot and support the Actual closing within the administration team

? Support and definition of the Standard Cost accountability and logics

? Provide a monthly inventory and logistic information as required from the Region Controller

? Prepare and validate a KPI’s report, and supporting the Region Controller on the detailed analysis

? Operation Controlling activities on: Depot Costs, Inbound and Outbound Freight Cost, Inventory Adjustments, Obsolescence and Revaluation Calculations

? Support and coordinate Parts Inventory Reduction process: Scrap, Return, Auction

? Verify and align Operations with Finance Group Policies

? Coordinate and Organize the physical audit of the Depot Inventory

Commercial Controlling

? Weekly Margin and Daily Sales Reporting

? Prepare the Forecasting and Budget Sales supporting the Regional Sales Manager

? Control and Manage the Marketing and Commissions Reserves, Discounts allowed in the Markets/Brands

? Control and Monitor the Parts Pricing activities through the Markets

Prepare and Validate the bonus calculation for Sales Incentive Program for Sales Managers and for dealers

Projects

? Review logics of Costs Allocation among existed Depots

? Collaborate with Operations Manager to provide a dedicated Inventory to CNH China Depots

Job Requirements and qualifications

? An experience in Parts Business is a strong plus

? Bachelor of Economics or Engineering

? HFM and Financials Consolidation Rules knowledge

? SAP and Business Intelligence tools knowledge

? Ability to work in matrix system and operate well within a Team

? 2-3 Years experience in costing management

? Language capability - English

This position will report to both China Controller (solid line) and to Regional Parts controller (doted line)
