Principle Accountabilities职责:
l 遵守公司核心价值观Should work by company core values;

l 保持安全有序的岗位工作环境Maintain a safe and orderly work environment;
l 遵守标准操作程序安全准确有效地执行每日检测内容，记录,计算,分析,汇报,存档检测数据Follow SOP/TM strictly and perform the daily work in safe, accurate and efficiency way. Record, calculate , analysis , report and archive the test results;
l 向生产运营部门提供快速有效的检测服务及调色技术支持Provide effective/quick response and shading guidance for operation related needs;
l 非常规的检测或者实验室小样的制作Do lab batch or irregular test for some special purpose;
l 保持实验室良好的化学品和样品管理Maintain a good lab chemicals and samples system;
l 如有必要，和化学师及工艺工程师紧密合作调查质量事故或客户投诉Work with plant chemist and/or process engineers to investigate quality incident and customer complaint if necessary;
l 主管安排的其它工作Other working arranged by Lab leader.


Skill and Knowledge Required技能及知识要求:

？ 5年或以上汽车整车油漆行业调色经验5 years or above experience in OEM coating industry;
？ 职高及以上学历Tech school or above education in analytical or chemistry field;
？ 适当的英语读写能力Appropriate English read and write ability;
？ 积极主动及主人翁态度Be motivated and ownership;
？ 能够在压力下工作Can work under high pressure;
？ 能够适应倒班工作Can fit with night shift work;
？ 有跨国公司工作经验尤佳Experience in Multi-national company is preferred.
