This role is critical in impact to the improvement in capture, consolidation and analysis of financial performance as a result of Purchasing initiatives in the Asia Pacific organization. In this role, candidate’s key goals and accountabilities will include:

· Working with lead buyers closely in order to assist in analyzing raw material trends and index;

· Collect data for compiling regular reports, such as raw material inflation index, KPI, finance key measures and scorecards;

· Assist in function’s KPI and scorecards reporting;

· Assist in Purchasing Analysis Tool new user set-up and data maintenance;

· Perform analysis on supplier data, including general purchasing, and raw material by categories in order to identify cost opportunities to leverage reductions and working capital improvements in the region;

· Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing presentation slides; and

· Assist in handling ad-hoc projects related to the function

Requirements:

1. At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree, and business background is a MUST

2. Basic finance/accounting knowledge and with 1-3 year work experience will be desirable

3. Experienced in MS Office, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint

4. Proven ability to build strong work relationships, promote teamwork and build trust and respect

5. Have effective organizational and multi tasking skills

6. Be self motivated and work with a high degree of autonomy
