Detailed JD:
-Check all of the invoices and make the applying for reimbursement/payment procedure exactly
-Process the payment in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with internal control policy
-Monitor the amount of receipts and payments in the cash and bank accounts and ensure it is timely and accurate
-Prepare an updated and accurate cash book and bank book in timely manner
-Support weekly & monthly cash flow forecast and notify direct manager for any shortfall
-Support bank reconciliation report on a monthly basis
-Relationship with bank, SAFE and internal colleagues
-Assist in VAT invoice verification, VAT issuance, finance documents/tax filing

Knowledge/Education Background:
-Financial College or University degree

Skill/competency Requirement:
-Be honest and accountable
-Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office
-Hard working and good communication skill
