Department Marketing Statement
DNV Software is an independent software vendor specialising in developing innovative software solutions for design, construction, strength assessment, risk and information management within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Industries. DNV Software serves more than 3000 clients in 55 countries.
Due to our business expansion in Great China, DNV Software has a vacancy for a Sales Manager to support the business growth in the area of asset integrity management. The Sales Manager shall look into increasing the sales of our Synergi-Asset range of software in Great China. We are looking for a dynamic person with experience in software sales. You are now invited to become part of this expansion.


Responsibilities
TheSales Manager shall report to the Area Manager who is located in our office in China.
He/She shall be responsible:
? To achieve the assigned sales targets for the products and solutions of DNV Software in China
? To generate and qualify leads for new opportunities for our software products
? To scale up of existing accounts through effective and continuous customer engagements and by maintaining excellent customer relations
? To prepare and present proposals / tenders to prospective or existing customers
? To follow up all opportunities and converting them into sales closures.
? To provide feedbacks to Business Development functions on market dynamics and trends for better fit-for-market product / solution


Qualifications
? Sales sense and motivation
? A bachelor's degree in engineering, or related fields is a plus.
? Solid knowledge in asset integrity management in the offshore / onshore industries, the RBI, RCM background is a plus.
? Formal qualification in or exposure to selling engineering/risk analysis software solutions to any of the hydrocarbon, chemical process or onshore or offshore exploration and production (E&P) industry sectors
? Proven experience of more than 2years in successfully selling design and engineering software products, solutions and services,
? Good customer resources in process industy, successfully products or services sales experience, the good relationship with CNPC, CNOOC and Sinopec is a plus, Exposure to working in a medium or large engineering software organization serving international clients in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Team player with proven ability to work closely with the marketing and product management teams.
