Tasks:
Based at Lujiazui office this person should be able to manage the complete internal test admin. procedure:
a) Generate the internal Purchase Request (PR) to Purchasing for each testing activity to be outsourced.
b) Once this is approved by Finance, send the official request to the laboratory
c) Once the test is done, complete all the internal process, so that the laboratory gets paid ("Goods received" document, approval of invoice and follow-up of payment procedure to ensure no delay, ...)
d) Organization of a test data base, making sure that all engineers upload test data to the system on time and that the data pack is complete.
e) Support engineering team by following-up logistics of spare parts and test samples before test performance

- Skills:
a) VERY ORGANIZED PERSON
b) Engineering background is not a must but will be an asset.
c) Good communication skills (fluent English and Chinese)
d) Team worker
e) high motivation, easy-going, with western background, if possible etc etc...
