Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):
对复合材料特别是纤维增强复合材料（FRP）或化工产品的工艺流程有良好的认识与了解。如对拉挤、缠绕等工艺有了解的将优先考虑/Sound knowledge in manufacturing process of composite material especially for fiber reinforced polymer or chemical products. Knowledge and experience in pultrusion or winding process is preferred；
了解化学材料或复合材料如树脂、固化剂、苯乙稀、消泡剂、纤维纱等的性能、特点、应用和安全/Well understand the performance, characteristic, application and safety of chemical materials or composite materials for example resin, hardner, styrene, air dispersant, fiber, etc；
了解复合材料的生产工艺，质量影响因素，并能指导和培训员工完全按照工程师和/或文件的要求进行操作 /Know well composite materials manufacturing process, elements affecting quality, moreover, supervise and train workers to operate by following engineers guidance or documents；
对品质控制分析方法特别是过程控制有良好的理解并能运用到日常生产中/Good knowledge in quality control and method analysis, and apply the knowledge into production practice；
良好的计划能力，能根据产品和产能要求安排、调整人员/Good planning management, arrange and re-arrange operators based on product and output requirements；
良好的人员管理能力，能督导员工高效、能动地工作以达成设定的目标/Good people management skills, supervise and motivate operators working with high effeciency to achieve desired goals；
对5S、全面生产预防维护、换线时间减少等方面有一定知识和了解/Knowledge in 5S, TPM, Set up Reduction and so on；
团队合作者，很好的沟通技能/Team player, good communication skills；
良好的电脑技能，最少在Excel 和Word方面/ Computer literacy, Excel and Word minimum
