Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:

?Ensure that all CFS suppliers are C-TPAT compliant (Joint Ventures and 3rd party suppliers).
?Develop and maintain measurement and controlling tools to manage C-TPAT compliance.
?Develop and maintain Supply Chain Security Program (SCSP) of Damco, NAS which is on the basis of SCSP of Damco Global.
?Create, develop and maintain C-TPAT training program.
?Work actively with regulatory authorities & professional associations in the security industry.
?Responsible for defining and executing security requirements when implementing new joint venture(s)/JVs and Distribution Centers (DCs).

Specific responsibilities of the position:

?Conduct C-TPAT audit annually, list all non-compliances, supervise the corrective plan and report results to MNG.
?To be the owner of C-TPAT compliance package, C-TPAT audit system and Supply Chain Security Program.
?Be accountable for security management, ensure that security is regarded as a line responsibility and is considered in daily operations.
?Have the authority to interrupt any operation to prevent a security breach and take action to correct any such breach.
?Actively participating in the HSSE program in NAS, including ownership of security related issues.
?Actively mentor JV staff to help improve their security performance / compliance.
?Distribute and extend NAS security policy, procedures, programs, and practices. With further support from Top management, ensure all personnel fully comply with the requirements.
?Arrange security workshop, and coordinate the quarterly branch C-TPAT compliance spot-checks with suppliers.
?Representing Damco, NAS, participate in Maersk CB security activities and update Damco, NAS HSSE documents accordingly.
?Frequent travelling is required to review and diagnose JVs and third party suppliers C-TPAT compliance.
?Build up and maintain good relationship with JVs to communicate minimum requirements and compliance.
?Support implementations with security best-practise.

The position holder will be mainly measured on the following objectives:

1.Living our values - Live, drive and implement our values in all of its aspects with all staff.
2.Ensure that all CFS suppliers are compliant with minimum security standards of C-TPAT, including JVs and third party suppliers.
3.Develop and maintain measurement and controlling tools to manage C-TPAT compliance.
4.Develop and maintain Supply Chain Security Program of Damco, NAS.

Specific requirements for the position:

Essential

?Result-oriented. Good understanding of HSSE in relation to whole supply chain management and DC operation.
?Well organized and ability to perform under pressure.
?Interpersonal skills and good at communication in English and Chinese.
?Strong analytic skills on data and figures.
?Autonomous and independent.

Preferred:

?Rich CFS and DC related operations experience.
?Formal qualifications in security.
?Industry experience from leading 3rd party logistics provider.

Authority and powers reserved for:

?Negotiation authority within the guideline set by Chief Process Officer (CPO).
