POSITION: Lead, Solution Design & Implementation / 方案设计和执行主管

POSITION SUMMARY

- Lead the project solution design, implementation, and operation management for distribution service projects in Central & North China.
- Manage FedEx Trade Networks existing warehouse projects. Make sure the operation keeps meeting customer requirement
- Continuously improve the warehouse operation to keep and increase the FTN benefit.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Check and analyse the distribution service opportunities and propose Go/No-GO to management.
- Coordinate and setup project team to meet the target date of proposal submit.
- Collect data from customer, check, analyse and draft data assumption.
- Understand customer’s project requirement, analyse and design the operation process in detail.
- Collect the cost from internal and external resources, negotiate and draft cost list.
- Properly allocate cost to operation items
- Provide drafted analysis of project investment, turnover and margin to management for sign off.
- Present and communicate with client about the proposal and pricing.
- Support the contract process, provide comments of the operation risk in contract.
- Lead the implementation, setup the implementation team with internal and external resources.
- Monitor the implementation progress. Be the 1st level to solve the issues.
- Control the risk of implementation, meet client’s expectation within FTN service scope and project budget
- Manage the service providers in order to make them complete their assignment within timeframe and budget
- Setup warehouse team with support of FTN HR.
- Manage the transfer from implementation to operation.
- Manage the operation of the project, be the 1st level of escalation for the customer.
- Conduct periodical continuous improvement to the warehouse by analyzing the process, and quality. Use DMAIC to for improvement.
- Monthly report project P&L to management, responsible for project P&L.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor or SD&I manager

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:
- University or above. Preferably with logistics and supply chain or operations management major

Experience & knowledge:
- Around 5 years relative working experience in logistics, 3PL freight forwarding, warehousing industry.
- At least 2 years supervising level working experience in warehouse and distribution center of China or related area.
- Proficiency in Chinese & English (Excellent), both written and spoken.

Attribute:
- Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of solution design is a must.
- Knowledge of project implementation would be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem solving skill.
- Both operation and commercial mind.
- Can work on assigned task independently with minimal support or supervision
- Can be work under pressure and willing to work overtime
- Data analysis skills.
- Time management skills.
- Result and action oriented.
- Teamwork sprit.
- Strong ability in problem solving.
