Purpose:
？ Work with mi BU to implement new business strategies and support the growth plan for customization
？ Support Customization Category leader to establish and implement the systems landscape needed to support customization business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
？ Support Customization Manager to establish flexible manufacturing systems and processes for mass customization with T1 and T2 suppliers.
？ In collaboration with Marketing, Design and T2’s develops a customization specific product creation calendar and ensures that implementation of it
？ Provide regularly needed management reports for sourcing customization
？ Works closely with Marketing, Logistics and T2 ‘s on postponement strategy and on demand manufacturing. Manages and minimizes Material inventory risk.
？ Support Customization Manager to develop and train the factory teams in all mass customization operational and technical aspects
？ Act as a Customer Service function on behalf of the Sourcing Organization towards HQ
？ Initiate continuous improvement measures that support the Customization targets; take full ownership of monthly performance reporting, cost liability tracking on material inventory and upper tooling amortization.
？ Work with Customization HQ Planning and factory teams on forecasting initiatives, set up the cut-off for monthly, seasonal and yearly forecasting, and according to forecasts proactively work on capacity plan to meet Customization strategy;
？ Keep the operational guidelines/ policies/ SOP continuously improved to adapt the business needs, enhance the communication with factory teams to ensure each factory fully understand the guidelines/ policies/ SOP and implement them strictly and properly.
？ Balance customer requests and T1&T2 supplier constraints by managing expectations from both sides to ensure a higher success rate on global or self initiated projects.

Key Relationships:
？ Marketing Customization Team
？ T1 and T2 Suppliers
？ Sourcing internal Interfaces (e.g. inline Development teams, Planning, Costing etc).

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
？ Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant business experience.
？ 3 years min. experience in the athletic footwear industry, specialising in product development and commercialization.
？ Strong communication skills to work under a diverse culture.
？ IT-skills (e-mail, MS Office)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
？ University or College degree
？ At least 2 years experience working in the footwear industry in a technical capacity
？ Fluent in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking),
BULATS level 3, BEC Vantage or equivalent.
