Profile

- Proven ability to rigorously analyze industries, markets, technologies, customer segments and competition, well-structured and logical conclusions

- Have a good understanding of databases/ data warehouses and proficient with Excel e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SAP experience is a plus

- Ability to work independently with limited resources and to initiate clear courses of action

BS or BA degree in marketing, statistics, economics or relevant discipline

- Experienced in project management, research, database architecture, data mining would be preferred

- 3+ years of relevant working experience in business intelligence, customer analysis, customer segmentation or related fields

- Fluency on both English and Mandarin

Responsibility

- Manage customer satisfaction survey result, and establish related process

- Translate business challenges and opportunities into proposition for data analysis

- Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution

- On-site survey for our potential projects all around target industry and summarize the data collected and input necessary suggestion.

- Develop market intelligence network and report to supervisor the analysis results and market information (market trends and customer requirement, any competitors in the market etc.) to prepare for proactive marketing countermeasures.

- Followed by a specific analysis of the local market, trying to identify possible opportunities to be developed in different regions and industry.

- Develop and refine occasion bases modeling to help business departments better understand our customers and industry statistics, trends, policy & regulations

- Analyze business data and trend to alert management the business environment and segmental customers behavioral changes germane to business strategy

- Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports (e.g. project opportunity lists) to facilitate the company's business decision making process. Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into executive summary

- Design and implement marketing intelligence repository, devise procedures for collecting data (such as marketing study, surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), establish multi-generation improvement mechanism
