Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
 Assisting in the execution of key programs.
• Developing and maintaining program milestones for all key programs.
• Creating knowledge database of programs to develop repository of key learnings.
• Working cross-functionally across sales and marketing to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinating major cross-business, cross modality customer events and trade shows, including pre and post event activities,
demonstrator schedule, training, sales tools and collateral, and inquiry follow up.

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Associates Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Exhibits, Communications or Business Administration or related field or aminimum of 2-4 years experience in graphics, writing, marketing or related field2. Excellent oral and written communications skillsPreferred Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Exhibits, Communications or Business Administration or related field2. Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans and adjusting to changing circumstances.Prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones.3. Exceptional drive and creativity.4. High energy works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities.5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and/or sales force6. Team oriented – ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams7. Healthcare industry experience
