Role Summary/Purpose
Regional Manager of GoldSeal is responsible for driving GoldSeal business in rural segment area, by supporting Go Blue and other sales channels, promoting new operating leasing program to targeted customers, driving trade-in strategy to support higher end customer continuous growth and fulfill rural segment customer needs. The objective is to achieve targeted sales and increase OEM refurbishing concept in region/key customer group, in accordance with Business Plan.

Essential Responsibilities
• Develop GoldSeal business opportunity in rural segments and achieve sales OP. • Product/Sales support to Go Blue and other channels by working closely with channel sales/dealer/customer to establish OEM refurbishing concept in region and customer group. • Cooperate with multi-channels in region to increase GoldSeal sales coverage. • Work with regional multi-modalities sales team to set up specific marketing strategy to put GoldSeal product into modality and Go Blue strategy. • Drive trade-in strategy to support GE IB customer continuous growth and help to create new sales opportunities enabled by Trade-In supply to support rural market product portfolio. • Develop new operating leasing business model, and explore new business opportunity in rural area. This is a completely new business model and a key initiative of this year. • Build up GoldSeal show site and maintain show site customer relationship. • Explore and follow up government initiatives and programs.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor or above degree.• 5 years and above direct sales/channel sales or marketing experience.• Ability to work independently, multitask and under pressure.• Strong marketing promotion and sales negotiation skill.• Excellent internal and external communication skill and problem solving.• Unselfish teamwork skill, supportive, creative, volunteering, etc… to ensure customer and team needs are met… must be good at giving, finding and using resources effectively.• Excellent presentation skill.• Excellent English speaking and writing skill.
