Job Functions:
1. Check vendor’s invoices, include EOC charges, barge fee, VAS cost.
2. Processes payment runs as scheduled.
3. Check and monitor vendor statements and reconciles with vendors
4. Perform month end related AP activities including proper cut-of and AP accrual
5. Check and create agent commission in VMS and print VMS invoice in DCS
6. Printing tax invoices to ensure that invoices have been passed to receptionist in time for freights collection efficiently.
7. Check and confirm intercom account balance with other location.
8. Making administration overheads entries into CODA daily
9. Monitor container deposit collection and refund.
10. Monitor excess payment and return to principal.
11. Filing MGT / AP/ SAP-OUTPAY / voucher for further reference.
12. Making GL analysis by monthly.
13. Assistant finance manager to do fixed assets inventory in end of year.


Essential Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or college degree in accounting major, Professional accounting certificates are preferred
2.Good knowledge of AP accounting principles, activities and processes, be familiar with SAP.
3.Bilingual in Chinese and English, oral and written.
4.Familiarity with computer skills, and ability to use word processing and spreadsheet packages
5.Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Accounting Experience in shipping/freight forwarding.
6.Good communication skills and good team work spirit
