- Coordinate purchasing of office supplies 采购置办办公用品并做好管理登记
- Arrange express courier services 快递收发
- Coordinate business travelling ticket and hotel booking 公司员工差旅票务及住宿的预订
2. Receptionist 前台

- Receive & transfer phone calls 接听并转接来电
- Welcome customers visiting the company 接待客户到访
3. Others 其它
工作内容描述
- Support on other tasks that the Senior Customer Service Officer assigns, include communicating sales contracts to customers, creating stock-out and stock-in vouchers, expressing deliveries, etc. 协助上级客服交代的各项工作,包括打印、传真销售合同,缮制出货单证,安排产品、样品及文件的快递寄送等
- Support the Team on other topics when necessary 支持、协助其他相关部门的交办事项
任职要求:
1. Female is preferred. Junior college or above. 大专及以上学历,女性优先
2. At least one year working experiences related, previous as a receptionist or secretary is preferred. 具备一年以上相关工作经验,涉及行政前台/秘书工作的将优先考虑
3. PC skills, e.g. MS Software, especially for PPT and Excel. 熟练操作office办公软件,尤其是PPT和Excel
4. Daily communication in English both oral and written. 能用英语进行日常工作交流(口头及书面)
5. Good communication skills, team work, open-minded personality. Optimistic, careful, patience, well-organized and good service sense. 性格乐观开朗,具备亲和力、善于与人沟通,细心、耐心,有条理,较强服务意识及较强团队协作能力
